Legal support

Tahlil Legal Aid

A way to ask for legal support when getting help would otherwise be difficult.

Ask for help

Who it is for

Help based on need.

Tahlil Legal Aid is intended for people whose circumstances make legal support difficult to obtain. Priority is given to serious matters in which the firm may be able to make a useful difference.

Each request is reviewed on its own facts and must fall within the work our lawyers can properly handle.

Support may include

  • Initial legal advice
  • Review of important documents
  • Help understanding available options
  • Negotiation or dispute support
  • Representation where appropriate

Each request is considered individually. Whether Horn Legal can help, and what that help might cover, depends on the matter and the firm’s capacity at the time.

We review the request

We consider your need, the legal issue, possible conflicts and whether our team has capacity to help.

03

We confirm the next step

We will tell you whether we can take the matter or whether another form of support may be more suitable.
